Q: When are you open?
A: We are open Monday through Friday, 9 am. to 5 pm. We are also available after hours by appointment only.

Q: How long does it take to finish my custom order?
A: Typically we like to allow one week for custom orders, but will work with any time frame given.

Q: What is your least expensive trophy?
A: A small figure on a standard marble base, including engraving starts at only $5.00.

Q: Do you give discounts?
A: Yes, please call for details.

Q: Can I get other types of awards from you?
A: Yes, we are a full service awards provider. We cannot list every available item in our industry, with new items being added almost daily by our manufacturers.

Q: Do you engrave items that I purchased somewhere else? 
A: Yes, we engrave a large number of specialty items daily, please call for pricing.

Q: Can you engrave my Logo?
A: Most of the time the answer is yes. It would depend on the item that needs to be engraved and the quality of your logo. We currently have more than one million logos on file and may have yours as well.

Q: Does custom engraving cost more?
A: Custom engraving is included for free in the purchase price of any trophy. We charge a fee for custom engraving on your material, please call for pricing and setup fees if applicable.

Q: Do you do industrial or commercial engraving?
A: We do a majority of our engraving in house but also have relationships with outside sources we use for commercial engraving, just ask!
